I have been reading up on the new Detonate fat burner from Gaspari Nutrition, and all I read were good thing. At the time I was looking for something to reduce my appetite. I noticed I was putting on some extra weight so I figured I would give it a try. First of the claims from Gaspari Nutrition are" Detonate is clinically studied and PROVEN effective. This is not another "me too" formulation relying on the usual suspects to drive its effectiveness. This isn't a "concentrated" formulation either. This is just pure raw energy that has an undeniable "WOW" factor that only needs to be taken once in the morning. Once you try Detonate, you'll know exactly what we're talking about. The sensory experience is truly amazing and you'll feel it right away. After reading their statement I gotta say I had to put it to the test even more, below is the review of my experience with this thermogenic amplifier.
Dosage
Doesn't get easier then this, just take 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast and thats it. I really love this dosing because I can just take one or two when I wake up and then wont have to worry about it until the next morning. Capsules are easy to swallow as well.
Effectiveness
I could definitely feel good clean energy from just one pill, which is what I did at first. If you workout in the morning this is the pill for you, it will give you that extra boost, especially if you are sluggish in the mornings. I am one of those people that can eat, and I do it often. This product reduced my appetite dramatically, to a point where I had to force myself to eat something. I lost 9lbs while taking this fat burner, I wasn't on a very strict diet or anything. I think it was just the energy and appetite control boost that allowed me to do that, with exercise of course.
Price
The price is about the same as most popular fat burners on the market, I feel it's a bit price for only 60 capsules but I ended up taking 2 caps a day instead of 1. If you stick to one, which is enough you get two months worht in one bottle.
Overall
This is definitely a great product, probably one of the best fat burners I've taken. My workouts were the main cause of the fat loss I believe, but Detonate was there to help me with energy and controlling my appetite. If you have reached a plateau in your weight loss, give this product a try. I will definitely give this another go in the future. At the moment I feel I do not need to use a fat burner anymore but I know where to go if i do.
